She was born in Blairstown on March 1, 1924 to the late George and Vincinzia (Bucalo) Trapani. She was a homemaker and was predeceased by her husband, George in 2004. She is survived by two sons, George R. II, of Knowlton, NJ, and Joseph Burdge of Morgansville, NJ, one daughter Lee M. Stapleton, Waxhaw, NC and 8 grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM, Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown, NJ. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 30, 2015 with interment following at Marksboro Cemetery, Route 94, Marksboro, NJ.
