#457 Birth of Antonina La Scala November 12, 1882
1882, the 13th of November at the hour of 11am in the town hall before Pietro Scozzari, Mayor and official of the vital records office of Misilmeri, appeared Diego La Scala, 33, farmer, of Misilmeri who declares that at the hour of 5pm yesterday in the home at Via Gelilei to Angela La Barbara, his wife, was born a baby girl who was presented and given the name Antonina. Witnesses are Giuseppe Rizzolo, 31, farmer and Pietro Guccione, 39, farmer. Margin notation indicates marriage to Giuseppe Grana on December 18, 1902.

#59 Marriage of Diego La Scala and Angela La Barbara December 29, 1870
1870, the 29th of December at the hour of 12 noon in the town hall of Misilmeri, before Pietro Gucciardo, official of the vital records office of Misilmeri and in the presence of Giuseppe Ardizzone, son of the late Carlo, 51, and Stefano Correnti, son of the late Vincenzo, age 60, farmers, appeared Diego La Scala, son of Pietro and Filippa Cersciana, born and resident of this town, unmarried; and also appeared Angela La Barbara, daughter of Gaetano and Caterina La Scala, single and born and resident of this town. And they intend to be united in marriage. The marriage banns were posted and there was no opposition. They were read the civil codes 130, 131 and 132 and having their mutual consent, they were united in marriage and pronounced husband and wife.
