#379 Birth of Vincenzo Grana August 19, 1886
1886, the 22nd of August at the hour of 9am in the town hall before Pietro Scozzari, Mayor and official of the vital records office of Misilmeri appeared Giusto Grana, 36, farmer, of Misilmeri, who declares that at the hour of 9 on the 19th of this month in the home at Via Menotti, to Giusta Strano, his wife, was born a baby boy who was presented and given the name Vincenzo. Witnesses are Antonino (surname?), 67, servant and Niccolo Pirrello, 32, farmer.

#75 Marriage of Giusto Grana and Giusta Strano May 27, 1875
1875, the 27th of May at the hour of 11:30am in the town hall of Misilmeri appeared Antonino Traina, official of the vital records office of Misilmeri appeared Giusto Grana, 25, farmer, born in Misilmeri, resident of same, son of Niccolo, of Misilmeri and Giustina Sorrentino, also of Misilmeri; and also appeared Giusta Strano, 19, farmer, born in Misilmeri, resident of same, daughter of Giuseppe and Vita Raffa, both of Misilmeri and they have asked to be united in marriage. To this effect I have been presented the documents described below; the marriage banns were posted, and all documents inserted into the register of the attachments of this register, and with no opposition to the celebration of their marriage, I read to them the civil code and asked the groom if he takes for his wife Giusta Strano; and I asked the bride if she takes for her husband Giusto Grana, and having received their positive response, and before the witnesses listed below, I have pronounced them united in marriage. Witnesses to this testimony are Giuseppe D'Ai, 34, farmer and Pietro Atene, 28, farmer. Banns were posted on the 16th of May and the 23rd of May.
